DOWNLOADING FAQ'S
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?
▶︎Go to your Etsy account using the full www.Etsy.com website in your Web Browser.
▶︎ Go to Purchases and locate your order.
▶︎ Click the Download Files button in your order & your PDF file will download which contains your template links & instructions for how to get started.
▶︎ For more help on how to download your Etsy purchase, see Etsy's guide below in the helpful links section.
▶︎ If you're purchasing as a Guest, your email will contain the links you need to download your PDF.
❗️PLEASE NOTE: The Etsy app can't support downloads, use an internet web browser such as Chrome or Safari.
WHERE ARE MY TEMPLATE LINKS?
▶︎ They are located on page 1 of the PDF document that you download from your Etsy order in your Etsy.com account, after you complete your purchase.
▶︎The PDF also contains instructions to help you get started, and a short animation for how to edit in Canva.

PRINTING FAQ'S
HOW CAN I PRINT MY LABELS?
▶︎ For best results we recommend having your labels printed professionally with a print service such as Avery.com & Onlinelabels.com. Both offer a good range of size & finish options.

▶︎ Self Printing - You can also self-print if you prefer using blank labels from Avery.com & Onlinelabels.com on your home printer. Both services provide free print alignment templates for most of their blank label sizes & are a good option for printing labels as you need them.
▶︎ Download your final Canva design as a
'PDF print' to ensure the highest quality for printing (you'll need to download each Canva page separately for PDF Print format). You can also download as PNG format.
HOW CAN I PRINT MY CARDS?
▶︎ You can print your cards at home or professionally, although we recommend professional printing for best results.
▶︎ My shop has partnered with Prints of Love in the US who offer fast, high quality yet
affordable printing. Click the link below in the 'useful links' section to take you straight there.
▶︎ If you’re outside the US, take a look at Avery.com or Vistaprint.com who also offer a good service at reasonable prices, and also have templates you can use to print yourself at home.

WHAT ARE YOUR FONT NAMES?
▶︎ It is my shop policy that font names cannot be disclosed in advance of a purchase, as these are a key part of my creative work, taking time and cost to research for each of my designs.
CAN I RESIZE A TEMPLATE?
▶︎ All templates come in multiple sizes* to help fit with your needs & to give you flexibility when it comes to printing professionally or self-printing. (* Please check the listing description for included sizes prior to purchase).
▶︎ If you have a Canva Pro account subscription, you can re-size templates yourself but this option isn't available with the Canva Free account.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
▶︎ Due to the nature of instant download digital files, returns/refunds/exchanges & cancellations are not available in line with Ety's policy. Etsy will advise you of this at checkout.
